Aug 11, 2010We’d like to introduce you to the Hillhurst Sunnyside Out of School Care Program, more commonly know as OOSC. For any of you are not familiar with us, we are a fully licensed before and after-school program operating out of the Community Association. We are open Mondays through Fridays and currently licensed to take up to 56 elementary school children, Grades 1 to 6.
Here at OOSC we aim to create a program where the individual needs of all our children can be met through a wide variety of creative, educational and recreational activities. In recognizing each child as an individual we attempt to offer as diverse a range of activities as possible, so that developmental needs of each individual child can be met on a daily basis. Through these choices we hope to enhance the physical, social, intellectual, creative and emotional wellbeing of our children in a safe and secure environment where they feel they have the room to grow and flourish.
Ultimately OOSC is about having as much fun as possible in a safe and secure environment with enthusiastic, energetic people who care!!!!
