301 14 Street. Change of use to chocolate store.
Decision:  Supported.  There is an existing parking deficiency in the building but this use will attract pedestrians and this use does not exacerbate the deficiency.

227 14 Street. Change of use to medical clinic.
Decision:  Supported.   Again there is an existing parking deficiency in this building but the use will have its own dedicated parking stalls that will meet its need.

1204 Kensington Road. Revision to existing DP.
Decision:  Not supported.  The building was not built as originally approved and this DP is an attempt to address these deficiencies.  However the building should have been built as approved and the deficiencies do not address the ARP guidelines, which were reaffirmed in the amendment in 2009.
