Decision: Not supported. This is a single family dwelling following the building envelope of a multi-family development. If the City approves it contradicts their emphasis on density, as this part of 10 Street is proposed to accommodate multi-family developments; this is also supported in the TOD principles.

Decision: Not supported. The corner element is poor and does not address the “side” elevation. There is an extreme massing effect at three elevations.
The home is overheight, height compatibility, massing, character, dual frontage, corner treatment, front facade unattractive.
