20 14 Street. Change of use to restaurant – small food service.
Decision: Supported. The building as a whole is deficient in parking but there are 20 stalls available on-site for the restaurant and the restaurant itself does not affect the parking deficiency. The restaurant will be an unlicensed, food service only spot, with some seating.
228 11A Street. Addition to existing dwelling.
Decision: Not supported. The home maintains the existing character of the home and only raises the height by 3 feet. All ARP guidelines are addressed with the exception of a mudroom addition. As with many homes in this area the lot coverage is already more than 45% and the mud room increases the lot coverage to require a relaxation.
301 14 Street. Change of use – medical clinic.
Decision: Supported. Again, the building as a whole is deficient in parking. There are two public parking lots available in the vicinity (one adjacent to the rear). Clients are not able to park on residential streets due to permits required.
