1814/1818 Westmount Boulevard. Two semi-detached dwellings.
Decision: Not supported. Comments: There are a number of relaxations being proposed. The major concerns include: privacy to the rear and side; height compatibility; overlooking of balcony, front setback. The look of the homes is very modern, with a flat roof, and because there are two the massing appearance on the street is significant.
906 1 Avenue. Single family dwelling.
Decision: Supported. Comments: The applicant addressed te ARP guidelines and the only relaxation required is for the width of the second parking stall, as they owners wish to keep the existing garage.
1737 2 Avenue. Single family dwelling.
Decision: Not supported. Comments: The design address the existing character of the streetscape. However there were some concerns with potential window overlooking (they can be opaqued), as well as with height compatibility against the home to the west. The front setback was further forward than neighbouring homes but will be set back to match up.
