Decision: Not supported. The historical style does not fit with the context of the neighbourhood. There is a striking contrast with the contemporary style. The side yards are outside guidelines. The rooflines do not meet ARP guidelines; nor does the massing and character of the design. In addition the plans were incomplete and the did not attend.
