411/415 16 Street. Two single family dwellings.
Decision: Not supported. These are the two bookend homes next to a middle one that was reviewed in July. The front setback, height, massing, and design compatibility are all of concern. In addition there are inconsistencies regarding the grading and how this will be addressed.
506 10 Street. Third party advertising sign.
Decision: Not supported. There is an existing sign in place but this DP seeks to replace it with a newer, but larger, sign. The new height is increased to 14 feet. The current ARP does not support auto-oriented signage.
