736 5 Street. Addition to existing dwelling.
Decision:  Supported.  Meets ARP and LUB guidelines and there was no opposition from the neighbours.

720 1 Avenue. Addition to multi-residential development.
Decision:  Supported.  The key change to the existing apartment building is to the front balconies, which will be replaced with opaque glass.  Also changing the foot print slightly with a new front portico.

636 3 Avenue. Addition to existing dwelling.
Decision:  Supported.  Height will be within guidelines; a relaxation of the side yard due to the existing grandfathered side yard.

1126 Kensington Road. Change of use to yogurt shop.
Decision:  Supported.

1127 Kensington Road. Change of use to office.
Decision:  Not supported.     Neither the Land Use Bylaw nor the ARP supports office uses on the ground floor of a commercial building.
